I’m totally guilty of spending hours looking at fonts on Canva. Whether I’m creating social media graphics or documents for my volunteer work, finding the perfect font is so rewarding. In this post, I’ve collected a few of my favorite cursive fonts for you that are completely free to use on Canva.

Gravity 1 is a thin, wispy cursive font with extra small lowercase letters. The uppercase letters are light and airy, perfect for a logo or signature design.

6. Jimmy Script

I’ll just be honest, the uppercase letters in Jimmy Script aren’t my favorite. But I adore the lowercase letters so much, I decided to include it in the list.

7. Rolling Pen Basic Two

Rolling Pen Basic Two is probably what you see in your mind when someone says “cursive” font. It’s similar to the classic cursive script we may have learned in grade school, but with a more modern twist.

8. Billion Miracles

This font is a delicate script font that works nicely in logos and website designs. The uppercase letters are somewhat bubbly, but the lowercase letters have a classic drawn out cursive feel.

9. Wonderful Branding

Just like the name says, this font is wonderful for branding your social media graphics and website headings. I’ve been using this font on Pinterest pins for several months now, and I love it!

10. Howell

The Howell font is a balanced, yet bouncy cursive font that’s easy to read. It looks great on signs, labels, and social media graphics.

11. Liana

I’m not a huge fan of the uppercase letters in this font, but I adore the lowercase! The lowercase version is smooth and romantic to use in your designs.

12. Un Jour Marveilleux

This font is a sophisticated and refined script that’s gorgeous for wedding invitations, elegant business cards, and ornate logos.
